Steve Coleman has been with Mid-America since 1985. He has responsibility for property management and coordinates the design and approval processes for construction of industrial and office buildings. He also manages land development projects. -

Ann Shelton is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Mid-America Group. Shelton joined the company in 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and management. Prior to joining Mid-America Group, Shelton was Chief Financial Officer for the Bank & Trust segment of The Principal Financial Group and the Midwest Region of Wells Fargo Bank. Shelton also held various financial roles with Pella Corporation and worked for Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Shelton holds a Master's in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
